フィリピンの小学校からの報告

6月に訪れたフィリピンの小学校（リトルフラワーチルドレンズホーム）から経過報告が届きました。
贈ったピアニカが有効に使われているようです。
音楽教師のセシル先生の指導の下で４年生と特殊学級の児童２名が一緒になって10月24日の国連の日のイベントに向けて練習しているとのことです。
※フィリピンでは子どもたちが長期休みの前の学校最後の日である「国連の日」に各加盟国の民族衣装を着て、個人やクラス、学年ごとに説明や研究する国が割り当てられ、国旗を手作りし、文化や食べ物についての発表をするそうです。

This is to update you and AIMEC of the Pianica lessons being conducted
regularly at Little Flower Children’s Home Foundation.
Attached are the pictures of the 4th grade students with Teacher Cecile whom you met during the turn-over of the Pianicas and Recorder musical instruments.
The children enjoy their classes with Teacher Cecile and we now have two students with special needs who have joined the music class of grade 4.
We are preparing them to render a song during our United Nations Day Program on October.
